Project Collaboration Begins at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, UKIM_1st Transnational Project

From February 15 to 17, 2023, the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, UKIM in Skopje, North Macedonia, hosted the 1st Transnational Project Meeting. Thirteen representatives from all five project partners participated in this pivotal gathering.

Key topics discussed during the meeting included:

1. Current State of the Project and Points of Attention:
   • Overview of the project’s progress.
   • Identification of critical focus areas.
2. Project Management, Implementation, and Documentation:
   • Strategies for effective project management.
   • Ensuring comprehensive documentation.
3. Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Dissemination:
   • Maintaining high standards.
   • Monitoring project progress.
   • Effective dissemination of information.
4. Planned Activities Implementation and Reporting for the Next Period:
   • Upcoming activities.
   • Reporting protocols.
5. Presentation of the Prepared Tool Kit for Project Result 1:
   • Introduction to the protocols and documentation.
6. Presentation of the Research Protocol:
   • Detailed overview of the research protocol.
7. Testing and Improving the Tool Kit for Project Result 1:
   • Evaluating and refining the tool kit.
8. Initial Data Collection, Data Analysis, and Presentation:
   • Starting data collection.
   • Methods of data analysis.
   • Presentation of initial findings.

The meeting was marked by productive discussions and teamwork, setting a strong foundation for future project success.
